Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню практичних питань, які виникають у судовій практиці під час призначення в цивільному судочинстві експертиз та подальшому ухиленні сторін від участі в таких експертизах. Встановлено характерні ознаки та конкретні форми дій осіб, які свідчать про їх ухилення від участі в експертизі. Проаналізовано наслідки застосування спеціальної процесуальної санкції для осіб, які ухиляються від участі в експертизі, а також визначено категорій справ, де така санкція застосовувалась найчастіше.
