Анотація
Стаття присвячена забезпеченню прав і законних інтересів потерпілого в сучасному кримінальному провадженні України. Відзначаються наявні проблеми в механізмі забезпечення прав і законних інтересів потерпілого від кримінального правопорушення та пропонуються шляхи розв’язання зазначених проблем.
