Анотація
У статті розглядається передбачений чинним законодавством України порядок проведення судової експертизи у кримінальному провадженні, звертається увага на існуючі в практичній діяльності учасників кримінальнопроцесуальних відносин проблеми, що пов’язані із призначенням і проведенням судових експертиз у кримінальному провадженні, та пропонуються шляхи розв’язання зазначених проблем.
