Анотація
У статті розглядаються питання правового регулювання ексгумації трупа людини, розкривається передбачений чинним законодавством України порядок проведення під час досудового розслідування огляду трупа, пов’язаного з ексгумацією. Автор звертає увагу на існуючі в сучасній слідчій практиці проблеми проведення огляду трупа, пов’язаного з ексгумацією, та пропонує шляхи розв’язання зазначених проблем.
