Abstract

The basic principles reflecting socio-economic factors and regularities of property value formation are considered, namely: supply and demand, change, highest and best use, contribution, competition, and conformity. Wear and tear coefficients for jewelry items are provided. Algorithms for determining the value of jewelry items for various methodological assessment approaches and for exclusive items during forensic merchandise examinations are proposed.
