Abstract
The article proposes a consolidated methodical approach to the study of the compliance of the actually performed works by the consulting engineer, the coordination of the study of the actual costs of the consulting engineer with the current legal acts, the formation of the study of the actual costs of the consulting engineer as a subject of research in construction and technical expertise. Under such circumstances, one of the essential components of the estimated cost of realization of objects is the cost of engaging consulting engineers. Requests for studies of the compliance of such costs within the scope of determining the total estimated cost of construction are isolated in nature, but with the increase in the volume of restoration of objects, they will have a significant component in the total volume of studies of the estimated cost of construction.
