Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the main evaluation criteria and psychological signs of determining the unreliability of information in the conditions of changing the previous testimony of a minor victim or witness in the case of a video recording of an investigative action with his participation. An example of a comparative analysis of the informational and semantic content of the testimony of the interrogated minor victim during the initial interview and during repeated explanations at the court hearing, where the minor victim changed his testimony, is given. On the basis of practical experience, the optimal criteria for psychological expert evaluation of the reliability (unreliability) of information, in the part of psychological research of video recordings of repeated investigative actions conducted with the participation of minors under the conditions of changing their initial exposures, have been determined.
