Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the latest publications of the legal aspect regarding the application for determining the approximate amount of compensation for moral damages within the scope of a class action and contains proposals regarding an expert psychological study of a group of people. Examples of court decisions in civil cases on compensation for damages and moral damage caused to the community in the circumstances of the formation of a public organization to protect the rights of its members are given.
