Development of methods for conducting forensic military examinations that are related to the level of the state’s defense capability

Abstract

The article proposes a methodology for researching the results of the management activities of the military administration bodies of the strategic (operational) level of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in solving organizational issues during the formation of the state defense system, building and developing the components of the security and defense sector, in particular the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The given structure of the methodology determines the subject, object and the sides, the main tasks of the forensic military expertise, the algorithm of actions of the forensic expert (commission of forensic experts) in the study of the management activities of military control bodies in the course of reforming and developing the Armed Forces, as well as during the preparation and conduct military operations (battle actions) of the military units (forces). The developed methodology also extends to causal research of violations of the current legislation by officials of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other laws of the military formations, law enforcement agencies of the security and defense sectors, which led to negative consequences in the formation of the Armed Forces and serious consequences, loss of life, weapons and military equipment in the course of military operation.
