Abstract
In the research work is analyzed the modern legislation in the field of valuation of intellectual property objects. In the Methodological recommendations, identifying features of the trademark are given, which affect the value of property rights to it. In the research work is presented the list of documents that are necessary for determining the value of property rights for a trademark. The authors considered the possibility of applying each of the methodological approaches to the evaluation of property rights to a trademark, depending on the documents available to the expert. The Methodological Recommendations set forth a clear algorithm for conducting forensic examinations to determine the value of property rights for a trademark.
