Abstract

In the course of the research work was handled certain methods of research the circumstances of fire fighting forces of fire-rescue units to determine their compliance with applicable regulatory requirements governing such activities.

Thanks to advances in science and technology development have occurred qualitative changes in the means and methods of fires extinguishing. Firefighting has become the engineering industry branch. This requires that the personnel of fire-rescue units, and primarily on the command structure, deep theoretical and practical knowledge. One of the training objectives is to improve the officers of the fire tactics.

In recent years, the tactics of the fire and rescue measures from descriptive discipline has increasingly transformed into the science area, with the ability to explore and identify regularities of preparation and conduct of action for the rescue and fire fighting.

The exploratory studies describe the main principles and mechanisms of the processes that occur during the operational-tactical actions of fire-rescue units and the main approaches to the determination of conformity of fire units of action depending on the situation on the fire.

The article is an example of an expert study of the fire event, where a judicial expert investigated actions of fire-rescue units to requirements of normative documents in conformity with the issues raised by the customer of such examination.

In connection with the above in this article, in order to ensure the scientifically sound methodological base of experts in dealing with such issues, improve quality, ensuring completeness of the expert studies that in its turn will allow to avoid possible erroneous conclusions in solving the customer the sanitary and epidemiological problems, is offered to carry out such research only using the recommended algorithm of this research. It is also advisable to complete the list of the main tasks of fire examination, respectively, and expand the indicative list of issues involved in conducting such examinations based on the implementation of expertise developments in conducting such examinations, and expert studies on the results of fire-fighting.
