About the Practice of Utilizing the Capabilities of the Complex Chemical Examination for the Research of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, Their Analogues, and Precursors

Abstract

The article says one of the methods for psychotropic substances — amfitaminu for «nitrostyrolnoyu» circuit synthesis, which consists of several stages of chemical process known from the literature of organic chemistry, and allows practically anyone who has basic skills with chemical reagents and utensils spend synthesis, with the substances none of which fall under the list of list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved (Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 06.05.2000r. № 770, as amended). In identifying drug labs, namely during the inspection of the scene, necessarily need to involve specialists-chemists who qualified investigator will assist in the review of the site, while removing all the necessary evidence, professional and fully and help clarify specific issues that could form the basis for the presentation of evidence investigating the charges under the Criminal Code of Ukraine, recreating circuit synthesis psychotropic substances. Therefore, early detection and elimination of clandestine laboratories is one of the priorities of the Interior operative to prevent and respond to information dissemination for the manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, which are freely available on the Internet.
